About the Role:
A Team Home Services is hiring two part-time 1099 contractors to help distribute door hangers in neighborhoods near our recent job sites. This is an active, solo role that requires reliability, light local travel, and weekend availability. Please read the entire ad. 

Responsibilities:

• Pick up weekly route assignments and door hangers (Friday or Saturday AM)
• Deliver 200 signs in designated areas between 7:30–11:30 AM sharp
• Track driving mileage and walking distance using Google Maps Timeline
• Take 10–15 photos during your shift (signs placed, neighborhood entry, etc.)
• Submit all route proof through an online form before Sunday night

Job Details:
Schedule: Saturdays only, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Workload: Deliver 200 door hangers per shift (2 routes of 100 homes each)

Compensation:
$100 flat rate per completed shift
$0.70 per mile reimbursed for all related driving, including:
Travel to pick up signs
Driving between job site zones
Return trip after completing your route
Bonus up to $30 for walking longer-than-average routes (5+ miles)

Payment Schedule:
We review routes Monday morning
Payment sent Monday afternoon via Venmo or Cash App

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
• Smartphone with location services turned on
• Able to walk 4–6+ miles outdoors, regardless of weather
• Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable following instructions without supervision
• Must avoid homes with “No Soliciting” signs or unsafe conditions
