Position Overview
A Team Home Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Helper to support our remodeling, carpentry, and handyman operations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with hands-on residential construction experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, jobsite professionalism, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Assist lead installers and skilled tradespeople with kitchen and bathroom remodels, carpentry, and general handyman projects
Support remodeling work including framing, trim work, drywall, minor repairs, and fixture or appliance installations
Prepare jobsites, including material handling, protection of finished surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
Load, unload, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite standards
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and homeowners as needed

Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on experience in remodeling, carpentry, or handyman work
Basic understanding of residential construction practices and jobsite workflows
Ability to safely and efficiently use common hand and power tools
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying jobsite conditions
Experience working in occupied residential homes
Ability to follow direction while also working independently when required
