This is a hands-on field position responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry, installation, repair, and finish work across residential and light commercial projects. What You’ll Do
- Execute a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, finish work, trim, and installations
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, molding, and other structural and finish components
- Diagnose and complete repairs on damaged or deteriorating structures (walls, floors, roofs, etc.)
- Complete punch-out work and final detail items to ensure high-quality finished projects
- Read and interpret project plans, measurements, and specifications
- Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, cleanliness, and organization on job sites
- Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job notes
- Communicate clearly with customers on-site and represent the company professionally
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
- 5+ years of experience in carpentry or residential construction
- Strong carpentry skillset (framing, trim, cabinetry, installations)
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work
