Position Overview: As a Remodel Salesperson, you will be the key point of contact for homeowners looking to renovate or remodel their homes. Your role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and closing sales to help achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to discuss their remodeling needs and preferences. Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging presentations showcasing our remodeling services, design options, materials, and timelines.
  • Proposal Preparation: Create detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines. Present these proposals to clients and address any concerns.
  • Closing Sales: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the remodeling process to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work with design and construction teams to ensure project plans meet client expectations and budget.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and competitors to provide clients with current information and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably in home remodeling, construction, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of remodeling processes, design concepts, materials, and building codes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
  • Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.

Working Conditions:

  • Use of personal vehicle required; company covers gas and reimburses $600 or $0.67/mile.

Compensation:

  • Commission-Based: $70,000-$200,000 based on sales performance.
  • Training Pay: $20.00 per hour during the training period.
