Job Summary
A Team Home Services is hiring a Lead Remodel Installer with strong experience in bathroom and kitchen remodeling, with a heavy focus on tile work and full project execution.
This is a full-time employee position, not subcontract work. The ideal candidate is a skilled installer who can take a project from demo through finish with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. This role is expected to take ownership of projects and execute work at a level that replaces subcontracted labor.

This role is expected to take ownership of projects and execute work at a level that replaces subcontracted labor.
- Complete full bathroom remodels, including tile showers and waterproofing
- Install backsplashes and flooring for kitchen remodels
- Install LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring
- Execute full remodel scope:
- Demolition
- Prep and layout
- Installation
- Finish work
- Read layouts and ensure accurate project execution
- Complete projects within budgeted labor hours while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship
- 5+ years of hands-on residential remodeling (REQUIRED)
- Strong tile experience, especially showers and wet areas
- Must have true remodel experience (not just new construction)
- Ability to independently complete full remodel projects
- Must be reliable, self-sufficient, and production-driven
- Demonstrated attention to detail and finish quality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- $30-$40/hour during training/ramp-up period
- Transition to performance-based pay tied to job production
- Target earnings: $70,000-$100,000+ annually based on productivity
